Decided I need to start pushing harder in training. So, set off at a swift steady pace. This was about 70% tarmac, 30% grass abit wet
Kept it intensity 3 for first twenty minutes and then quickened it up. Felt I was moving really well and comfortably. Can't wait for my next 3k even more now
