Ran the medium course to turn on all controls and check codes etc. Started off so slow turning on both starts and taking my time to get my map. Then i started off to 1 and felt nothing in my hip so then i started to run faster, unfortunately. Didn't warm up for a high intensity and my shins and stiff body were killing me after little training this week. Also I noticed too much field running and once you had made a route choice, which was fun but lasted 5 seconds, then it was a slog because it was usually just left or right

Did the long for my warm down with no map! Was fun and lost about a minute trying to remember where 4 was :)
