shoes: Nikes

1-3....Spiked
4....Didn't hit anywhere definite on the rides and came way too right, but an easy relocation and less than 30secs lost.
5.....Spiked
6.....Saw the open but thought it looked to small and then overshot control, just stupid and a minute lost.
7.....Spiked
8.....Check out my route. Basically didn't check my direction while leaving green and went in a circle almost. Lost 5 minutes
9.....Came in way too high after pacing for first time in years. 3 mins lost
10.... Too left, 20 seconds
11-13....Spiked
14....Thought control looked way closer to bench and gate on map and so disregarded it when i saw it only to come back and punch later.
The rest was fine, just poor rc's and out of breath

Was ok on most, just need to remeber to check direction alot

Yup up to Pine Forest around Three Rock and back pretty much. Once again almost died on the uphill but it was a good session and really helping get back that aerobic fitness
