Really bad warm-up partly because I was trying to readjust my shoe that was killing me

1 - Blew a minute. Took off nothing coming in
2 -Blew a minute. Went off 45% wrong direction.
3 - Spike
4 - Blew close to a minute. Took wrong path :S
5 - 11 Spike
12 - Changed route after leaving 11. Hit the open area where the last control was. Map was really hard to read and strange. Others had problems passing through here too. Blew close to a minute again
Spiked the rest
So I was happy with the amount of controls I spiked and that I got my head back in the game after the dodgy start. Running well too but form was poor at the end. Need to get doing those planks.

Went out on Relay but immediately wasn't enjoying it. Jogged the long, started middle, went back to start to tie shoes, walked middle, jogged short.

Mile race. Kept it nice and steady throughout.
The lower end of the track was very wet and slippy so hoping to go faster soon.

Decided I need to start pushing harder in training. So, set off at a swift steady pace. This was about 70% tarmac, 30% grass abit wet
Kept it intensity 3 for first twenty minutes and then quickened it up. Felt I was moving really well and comfortably. Can't wait for my next 3k even more now
