Easy around La Fresneda. Stuck with a tracksuit but that ended up working well as it was cold. Feeling great and no trouble with ITB after two consecutive days of hip exercises.

Nice easy one around the old training ground. IT band sore again but went away after applying some pressure. Should hit the foam roller and exercises more regularly.

Todays run was pre-brekkie which was fine but I weighed 60.2kg after the run, probably need to up that a bit.
Easy with Summer on la senda verde out to el parque de invierno and back. Calf/soleus routine after, really need to find/get some weight for these exercises.
