The heart rate readings have been on my mind for a while as they always seem a bit too high and have me out of aerobic zones. This run being an average of 166bpm. I never look at the HR during a run, only after, and go on feel and normally feel easy. So today right after the run I did a manual count, obviously not perfect but should be fairly close, and compared to the watch. 108 vs 145! Shocking.
