Nice longer one with Jackson. Something of a sore throat the last few days so very relaxed. Tightness inside of hamstring behind the knee from about 13km.

Out to check out a short climb up to Gargantá, I had seen driving a few weeks ago, via Noreña. I didn't really eat before this (3 dates) so was happy to see energy levels were still decent at the end.

Intend to start training earlier in the day, first thing preferably. I find things pop up and interfere with planned training windows. This wasn't that early but it was the first thing I did in the day as I was up relatively late as I'm not working this week.

Hips a little fatigued after strength earlier. Good start to the week.
