Nice to do a long run. Naranco. I was feeling a bit out of it near the top of the climb and was about to turn around early but perked up. Left leg not feeling good.

Actually an okay training week relative to recent weeks.

Feeling better but still tired. 5 hours of mapping in Poo for the event next weekend. Sprint map and very cool, will share here after the event.

Mapping is super tiring.

Up early and out just before the sunrise. Love this, wakes you right up and training out of the way. Back and showered 10 minutes before Eiden woke up, ideal.
