Missed 30 seconds on 1 and then going to 2 i went over on my ankle. Really felt i had not done myself justice in previous days and was planning to push really hard this day and so kept going in screaming pain until half way to 4 when it was just a hopeless case.

My results were OK at the 6 days but i really felt i had no technique and was not running hard enough so plenty to take from!

Not running too well today either but my orienteering was quite good. The big thing for me was i missed tonnes of time in the circle. I always made the feature but usually ended up doing a full lap of say a hill before finding the control. Up to 5 mins missed from this alone unfortunately.

Was not planning to do sprint but Cillin and Eoin were so i was sucked in!

Just 15 seconds mistakes on control 4 but i was running crap anyway after the previous 3 days. Nice enough area but the planning was shocking!

Back was extremely sore this day and warmed up and stretched for well over an hour. Thought it would stop me running well.

Adapted a new technique that would see me make no big mistakes but only small ones. It worked for that day at least. But still the small ones rolled in- 6.30 mins of mistakes. Was running very well however

Worst run of the event. Going well until 7 then 8 screwed me up and was extremely unconfident after that. 13 minutes missed!
