4x5min. Good first one, stuck with Laurence. Then the next three were awful. Just kept dropping back and couldn't push or anything, felt really off. Massive stitch on the last two as well. Just one of those days i presume.

Right achilles started to hurt a bit on this and got worse at home. Found a knot in my calf so rolled it out which hopefully helps.
