Long run on Three Rock with Laurence.Glorious day and greatly enjoyed the run.Felt easier than usual on the climbs and as always good fun.
In Tibradden looked around at the forest and thought it might be good for sme o-intervals if someone mapped it.

Was planning on doing long intervals in Belfield but my dad was going to Bull Island so decided a terrain run might be nice.
Got two loops of controls from Sunday and some jogging in.I felt horrible, a huge pain in my stomach but was gone when I got home.Fun but bad orienteering on my part.
