Rubbish run and course and terrain didnt lift the spirits very much.I'd say around 8-9mins overall lost maybe more.

Tough session to keep going but stuck at it and came to the same spot most of the time.Wasn't pushing that hard because i'm doing long intervals tomorrow.

Run up on Three Rock with Laurence.Brilliant to be somewhere instead of Belfield!
Tough hills as per usual but flats were easy even doing around 4:50m/km.Very nice session!!
