M21.
Was going ok up to 13. Caught Simon (16mins) here and was getting into a nice flow. Then royally fucked up 14 and 15 so bad losing about 20mins. Suffered the rest of the course making a few mistakes here and there but managed to get around.

Training in Glengarra Forest. Really enjoyed it and was runningquite well for the most part. Messed up the compass course and the last leg of the long ones and the norwegian a bit. Time and distance is an estimate.

Sprint training in Herbert Park. 2x 1.65km courses.
Really enjoyed running in a new area and the map was top class. Felt quite good but didn't push all out getting the technique right. Really good fun and the orienteering was a good mix of long legs and short tricky ones if you weren't careful!

Intervals on the track. Man, it was RAINING for the past 48hrs making it an unpleasant experience but glad I got out for the training.

4x500m (1:55, 1:49, 1:51, 1:44)

Very slow on the 2k and the 1's which was to be expected when you're running on water and wearing a hat and a rain jacket and all your clothes are saturated. Only really pushed on the 500's and happy with the times. Nice session.
