Was going well for the first few but then shins tightened up like crazy in the deep heather. Kept losing minutes just from running. Lost a bit on a couple of controls and route choices but i'd say close to 10mins on running alone. Nice course and enjoyed it even if I suffered the whole way. Beautiful forest sections and the mountain is nice in the low/burnt heather bits.

Parkrun in Marlay park. Started out quite well but pushed too hard up the hill and died. Didn't feel great, strained calf and shin problem was coming around.

Long run on Three Rock. Really windy, got blown off the track a couple of times and fell once. Didn't enjoy it as much as last week but was moving better. Tired!
