Ballyedmonduff.
A few mistakes today, mainly due to lack of concentration and generally being stupid. Pretty big misses at 2 and 4, not too much time loss but easy controls should be nailed. Dropped ~2mins dropping into shit to 6 just to come back out again. Not concentrating or thumbing the map. Misses at 7 and 8, combined maybe 1min. Took an unorthodox route to 10 just to see what it'd be like. Slow in the tough heather but faster than i isually would be which is good. Then really nice last loop in nice forest. Some very silly mistakes but enjoyable run in some beautiful forest and felt pretty fine physically.

O training on Scart. Re-ran an old brown course.
Really enjoyable first half but then it started to get a lot rougher so lost motivation, concentration and discipline which led to many mistakes. Positive first half but lots of things to work on tomorrow.
