Meant to be 3mins @ AT, 3mins @ LT but raining heavily so changed to half lap @ AT, half lap @ LT. Didn't feel amazing and left tibialis got quite tight (running re-education starts on Tuesday). Didn't get the pacing right but heart rate is representative of the efforts which is okay I guess considering the conditions.
