Was supposed to do a 5km time trial. Did 0.5km and felt like crap-so stopped. Not really surprised as I can't expect to be racing a 5km when I have only been out of injury for a couple of months! Still annoyed at myself because I should have set myself a benchmark.

Training at Woodhill on same map as national relays and in the maze on opposite side of coast road.
Training in maze was awesome-James shadowed me for the first half and was spiking every control. Second half I did by myself and managed to keep spiking the controls, real stoked.
Long leg exercise I felt pretty whacked but didn't make any major errors, just kept thinking I had gone further than I actually had-probably because I was going so slow!
