Note

Need to be careful not to get carried away overdo it on the training now. Really don't want anymore injuries

Scottish 6 Days - 2 - Edinchip
Again went out to train rather than race. Early start made it tough, and was very aware Rebecca was 2 minutes ahead. Kept it clean with only a few hesitations and 1 slightly bigger mistake. Played cat and mouse with Rebecca which was quite distracting. She dropped me towards the end as I was lots slower.

Went up some mountains with mum intending to run all of the down and flats. I was a bit broken so we only ran a bit but we got a bit lost (even though mum denies it)
