Started out as an O intervals session which I packed it reasonably quickly and just cut about slowly on the bike tracks. Got hurrendously lost and it took me a good while to remember that I had a map in my pocket haha. Ended up pelting down a gravel track in my dobs to get home. Rip my feet.
