AMAZING TO BE BACK!!!
however not so amazing that my ski boots were agonisingly painful so I went back to get a different pair fitted. These also were pretty dreadful and I couldn't turn because I was in so much pain.
Conclusion: they were too big and to stop myself from sliding around and losing control I had clamped them so tight to my leg that I went numb with pins and needles
Solution: go straight down all of the blues nearly taking out lines of ski schools. Drove out to the nearest big shop and buy some new socks and some ski boots that properly fit!!
