Longer warm up as I was with Mum,
5* Broc Hill West using the descent as a rest,
1 last time up with Mum, accelerating towards the end,
Down the spur heading home
1 last sharp sprint up "the mound" (a littler hill) which took it out of me,
Then home

Led a Tabata session with the chasers juniors. Can definitely tell I haven't done that for a while...

Again feeling very weak and slow but I pushed on. I walked bits of it and had a few rests but I was happy to manage around 6km. The end of the week will be about getting stronger again after skiing and happier running for the Welsh Champs on Sunday.

Set out way to quickly for what I would realistically achieve after a week without running. Struggled with breathing the whole way and I was so stiff and tight and decided to come home

32km Last morning :(
Spent it by myself and decided to do both my favourite and my least favourite runs without crying. Headed straight to Valon and then for Porta Vescovo and back through Pralongia followed by a huge pizza and hot chocolate.
Certainly the best way to finish the week :)
