Running 50:47 [3] 6.1 km (8:20 / km)

Home with Henry exploring bike tracks. Lots of stopping to sort out the new headtorch. Legs were also feeling a little weak and my knee started playing up a bit towards the end but nothing too serious

Running 1:28:27 [3] 8.7 km (10:10 / km)

Birthday Celebrations on Stiperstones with Mum and Dad.
Haven't ran as a family for agggeesss
It got dark really quickly and the floor was really rocks and hard on the ankles, particularly when we only had 2 headtorches between the 3 of us
Really nice time :)

Orienteering race 50:02 [4] 4.5 km (11:07 / km)

Welsh Champs
I was absolutely smashing it. Nailing every control and I was really happy with my speed and consistency throughout 1,2,3,4,5,6,7. Then 8 happened which cost me the whole race. Gutted because I lost 9 minutes that would have got me the win! After that I got angry with myself so nailed 9 and 10 but that sudden spike in speed made me tired and I lost track of everything on 11 and ended up wayyy too high. Then I just gave up on myself for the last 2 controls.
It's just so annoying that i still can't have a race without a HUGE mistake :(
