Decided to take some time off running to see if my foot improves. Will also try to book in for a physio appointment. Would rather catch it now than wait until something worse develops

Felt much stronger on the hills but just wasn't enjoying it
(Supposed to do 2 but felt disgusting - stiff, headache and all round grim. Also my glutes were in pain and my Garmin was about to run out)
