Mixed sprint relay around the accomodation. Disciplined myself on the hills and didn't run. My first leg mispunched anyway so didn't matter

Admittedly I did push it quite hard but the area was too nice not to. I took it really easy on the hills because of my foot (could have run them which is positive). I had pretty much no pain - probably a 1.5 / 10. Slight wobble on 4 and 8 and poor exit from 9 so an overall loss of about a minute and a half? First lady, 6th overall and very hot on the heels of Dan and Dad. Happy :)
Just been to physio, she said it's not sesamoid pain (yay!) Is it from the head of my first metatarsal. I will keep the training at low intensity and low stress on the joint pre JK, mostly on the Turbo Trainer / bike. Hopefully will be able to run a few times between now and then. Am still okay for Yorkshire Training but will have to take it easy. Have conditioning exercises to do. I'm allowed to run at JK and British so a very happy Hol!

9kmRoad ride with Dad. Big hill and then sprint bursts along the top
Update on the foot:
A few days off did it good! The pain had reduced loads particularly when walking. Booked in for physio tomorrow and we'll work from there
