Overall I lost 5:25 minutes. Which would have put me 4 minutes down.
Not happy. Was so worried about my ankle which didn't put my head in the right place and I was more focused on the pain than the orienteering.
As soon as I started making mistakes I started feeling really sick. I was freezing cold (even though it was 23°) and I was shaking and crying. I was still shaking when I finished and for about an hour after.
Didn't have enough strength to get through the forest and I walked nearly half of it. (Mostly out of pain)
Fingers crossed my ankle will be stable enough for me to run tomorrow! I'm taking the confidence of knowing I can do it when only being 4 mins down without mistakes with an ankle I don't trust, that hurts and that's playing with my mind. Will strap up and go out with a different mindset tomorrow!!
