Was supposed to be easy but I really struggled. Legs definitely rusty and extremely tight. Gonna have some phat doms tomorrow but I enjoyed being back on my feet running again :)

Physio again today. She was amazed by the improvement and is happy for me to start running whenever I want :))
Already walked about 5km today so will wait until tomorrow to run properly. Won't attempt anything big, just a short one to get moving again. Very happy!!

Getting bored now lol. Can't get anywhere cus cycling will be painful so I'm stuck in the house :(

Nothing from the hip at all. Will see how it copes for the rest of today. More treatment with Nikki on Thursday morning so hopefully things will be positive. Fingers crossed :)
