In a non comp team so no pressure. Enjoyed it and navved alright. The running killed me. More soaring heat rates.

Another injury that I thought was just a niggle.
Left 5th metatarsal / phalangeal joint is in mega pain and is kind of bruised and sticking out... Noticed it in Canada and was in lots of pain about a week ago but it died down. It has now flared again so I'm wondering whether it warrants and X ray.

This along with the ongoing metatarsal problem is past the point of frustrating now.

More time out I guess :(

Was absolutely terrified about this. Feeling alright before I picked up my map, then saw the distance and panicked. Very painful metatarsal. Reaching 7/10 painwise. not fully concentrating on the nav because of the pain and stress.
