ahr:123 shoes: Brooks Ghost GTX

5 x 5 mins run 1 min walk - a bit slower than last time - no pain :)
First time on the Meadows. Still got doms weighing me down and breathing got a bit difficult towards the end. Good fun.
Hopefully next time I'll be able to solidly run!

Foot started being a bit weird walking round during the day after having run... R metatarsal head again but the pain is different before. Really hope this isn't something else. If it is I'm gonna give up all hope of ever running properly again

Bike 42:05 [2]

Short loop around the canal
A dog bit my foot, I nearly fell in & I didn't do my saddle up tight enough so it fell down and I looked like a right spoon.
Other than that it was decent :)

(injured) (rest day)

Saw a different physio today who focused on the left 5th MTP joint. Basically she has no clue what exactly is wrong with it... Or why it's happened. She checked my running style and O shoes and they don't seem to have caused it. (The only other thing we can think of is that my right 1st MT head inflammation has altered my walking/running)
She had a dig around and it really hurt.
Came out with 2 exercises and she just told me to rest even longer until I can comfortably run a bit.
Seeing her again in 2 weeks anticipating I'll be back running again.

(injured) (rest day)

Sat out again. Not my favourite type of terrain anyway so I'm not too gutted.
Because I seem to be fine when I'm not wearing shoes, I've decided that it's down to my O-shoes being too thin for my incredibly wide feet. Trying to buy some new shoes but it's quite hard to find dobs for size 2 feet :/
