Little lap of the meadows to get the legs moving after yesterday's journey. Still niggly behind the left knee which is kind of concerning because it hasn't disappeared over the past 2 days I've taken off - might be changing to shorter courses this weekend yet again :(

Seemed to be having an alright run. No major mistakes, just the odd hesitation and a poor route choice to 7. The pain behind my knee was present from the start and then it just got worse and worse causing me to lose all focus and just do my best to finish. Dad caught me going into 27 so I was happy to have held him off for that long.
Won't be running for the rest of the weekend which is quite depressing :(

Intervals yay. The pyramid I never finished last week. Nearly threw up about 4 times but I'm mega proud of myself for finishing strongly. Paces are alreet. Happy days.

Routechoice O intervals around Lichfield. Started off terribly but really got into it at the end. Lots of people everywhere which made running difficult but I kept the pace an a reasonable speed (walked the rest legs with mum and this time also includes waiting for her). Will look back at some other routechoices later to see if I did alright or not
