Short loop round the lanes near Gma's house as a break from helping them out. Very very hot. Felt heavy and slow but the pace isn't actually that bad. Definitely sun burned

Supposed to be an intervally thing around the circuit with about 1km efforts. Bonked after the start of the second one and headed home. Also, when I put my brooks on they fell apart so it was a new shoe day and dad rushed me out before I could adjust the tightness so I also had sore feet throughout.
Bit disappointed that they fell apart because they only had 450km in them... 1 down, 4 more pairs under my bed to go!

Possible one of the last courses for the spring. Didn't have the legs to go full out but really enjoyed the terrain and planning (not so much the hills) and ran as much as I could. Legs are shredded now lol
