I got impatient. No bother from feet all day so thought I may as well give it a go. A little sore on the steeper downhill bits but otherwise absolutely fine. All good to get back on track :)

Woke up feeling grotty and got sent home from school after 15 mins lol. Feet feeling so much better however. Hopefully will run on Thursday? Went for a 5km walk today with Dad and didn't have too much bother.

Forgot my compass and my maps had no paths so was using the shape of the ground. Kept it slow mostly for my feet.
