Tried some intervals but didn't have the legs so just plodded back very very slowly. Haven't felt happy with a run for a while so I'm gonna ditch the heart rate monitor tomorrow and just enjoy it.

Not a very good one. Knew Satnall would be tough because of the climb but wanted to see the beech trees before they all lost their leaves. Really struggled to keep HR down - don't know if it was because I was too shaky or just dehydrated

Took a lot of persuading from mum for me to actually run today. Decided the chase is absolutely empty so I can still run without bumping into anyone.

Note to self: don't park in Brocton Coppice in the dark. Got followed in by a man in a car who parked next to us and stared in for a good few minutes reluctant to leave (definitely looking for fun - grim). Once he disappeared we ran and came back to see we had been practically blocked in by another car. So we did an extra loop whilst devising our plan of action. Managed to manoeuvre a pretty nice escape in the end although we reckon the lads in the car were only there for drugs and hadn't mistaken Broc Cop for Anson's Bank.
