I finally managed a run!!
No hr monitor. Just went out to explore and have fun. Felt fab :))

Have now been prescribed SSRIs for anxiety and depression. Not the most pleasant thing to have happened and I've not really written about how bad I've been recently. My avolition has been awful and I've spent most days in bed. Didn't want to turn to medication because I was worried that I'd never be able to come off them but I think at the moment it's the right thing to do.
Running has gone out the window and I've completely discarded the plan from Gary. Obviously my priority is to get my mind back on track so I can be more productive with school work and general life. Running will remain a fun thing for the next few weeks whilst I get used to the drugs and hopefully I start to get better.

Used mums stats. Absolutely vile. Really horrible. Hated every second of it.
Stuck to HR zone for the first 5km and then scrapped it for the second half in an attempt to stay warm. The last 5km was a mix of run and walk because we were both feeling sick :(
