Post English plod around Marquis Drive with mum. Heart rate behaved nicely but slightly more squelch than I hoped which made the little climbs hard. Glad I got out :))

Just wasn't happening. The issue is that it's uphill straight out the door and no matter how slow I go my heart rate still jumps up dead quick. Gonna stick to roads and flats until I get a bit faster and then give the chase a proper go. I was proud to get myself up and out but am slightly disappointed to have had to turn around. Will give it another go after biology.

Slow 30 mins in between lessons. Last week was a tough week so didn't manage to get myself out. The weather was amazing today so made the most of it. Probably worked a bit too hard as didn't have HR monitor on. Enjoyed it lots :)
