Yeh so my knee is absolutely fucked
Went on a 2 hour walk with Lili yesterday and now it kills. Doesn't hurt with weight or pressure, just when I bend it. Shouldn't take too long hopefully

No HR monitor. Very high average HR but was going faster than I realised. Wanted some fun after a couple of tough days mindwise. Another hard day tomorrow but will aim to get out again. Foot and knee all clear :)

Everything is stiff and achey and painful. Don't know if it's genuine, period related or depression related but oh well. Feeling deflated.

Running for 2 hours straight may have been a silly idea as toe joint has flared up again :( Need to give it some rest and when it's feeling better can get S&Cing again
Also just smashed my knee into the corner of the bath and it has ballooned lol. I'm an idiot.
