Bit of an update:
Had a proper break over march for various reasons including little silly injuries, mental health and A Levels. Proper stressed over school at the moment as tons of assessments have been crammed in these past few weeks but I'm in a good place now to go to Uni so that removes some anxiety.
The knee I smashed into the bath turned into an anxiety regulated injury much like my foot in 2019 but I've already got control over it and can't feel it when I don't think about it.
Depression wise It's getting better. Meds have stabilised and it's easier to get up and about now. Although in the evenings I completely crash and have 0 energy, I'm more motivated to do things during the day. Now that it's lighter in the evenings and I also get to see friends again I think I'll continue to get better :)
Aerobic Deficiency Syndrome is still very much there but I've decided that I need to actually enjoy running to do any running let alone the slow gross ones. So I'm going to run for fun over Easter and then work out what on earth to do about ADS because the slow runs were getting painful and bloody boring.
Went to the Stafford ladies rugby training session yesterday which was the most fun I've had in a long time! It was nice to actually do something proper again and it probably did me good to try something new. Will be going back to that every Tuesday now :)
