Goat fell - Mel's first mountain! She did well. We were unlucky at the summit as the cloud came in fast. Luckily nice views all the way up :)

Goat fell not on the cards today because Mel's ankle ballooned overnight.
Another attempt at zone 2. HR would not stay stable in the first 2km and there was lots of walking phases. Managed to maintain a "run" for the last section (admittedly the downhill helped).
