Went out for club run but noone else was out, went out to Muckhart - Powmill - Coalsnaughton - Hill of Row - went round blairdrummond before home! Started snowing at dollar but roads were fine, wanted to go over Knockhill but it looked dodgy! Felt neh bad, a bit tired but still got round fine.

Club run, pretty dam cold this morn, -10 i think! Road was ok no ice, still walking down the track tho! Only 4 out on club run today but we went out kincardine bridge up to saline, had to turn round on wee road so took main road then turned round again and went home thro Fishcross. came back from corriers out Dunbarton Road to Kippin round about! Felt good till was by myself, thought I copped well with the distance, not done that many long rides recently!

Effort with more giro day off school but still just went on turbo! so much ice around. did one 30 min effort! felt not too shabby, legs feel good after the runs!

Up too the masts in free periods, took a bit longer than I thought but so eased of a bit at the end, really nice up there think I'll go back. Felt pretty good after yesterday, legs are getting used to running again, got some meaty blisters tho :(

Steady run up the crags then up to scout pool for bubbles in free periods. Felt pretty good, 30min of hard as well to get the heart going!
