Had physio before lunch, legs are alright after yesterday, and alright overall, so pleased with that. A bit sore now afterwards, but not planning on using them today. Plan on using turbo trainer tomorrow before another rest day on Wednesday as i'm travelling.
Got work to get done before I go, but must figure out where the maps i'm going to train on in Portugal area. Going to use ones we got in 2009 for training.
Portugal Plan:
Wednesday - travel
Thursday - orienteering training, am and pm
Friday - model event, pm
Saturday - middle, am, and night spring, pm
Sunday - Long WRE
(but must confirm with my travel partner that this is ok with him)
