Got a cold now. Can't say that's a surprise after the weekend. Was bad when I woke up but feeling a bit better now. Not too concerned about it. Body in general feeling much better today than last Monday. So that's a positive.
Monday - Rest
Tuesday - Rest (maybe)
Wednesday - Turbo
Thursday - Run
Friday - Turbo
Saturday - Rest (Mary in London for the day)
Sunday - Orienteering
Not certain that plan will actually happen, all depends on how i'm feeling.
