Not feeling too bad physically after yesterday, legs are alright. But not a great night sleeping wise so feeling rough as a result. Half wondering if i've caught Erik's bug but time will tell if that's the case.

Friday - Run/Bike
Saturday - Bike/Rest
Sunday - Orienteering (urban race which I think i'd like to try at 100%, feeling motivated)
