Going to try and take it easy this week, build back up after the couple of weeks of 'exhaustion'.
Monday - Rest
Tuesday - Run/Turbo
Wednesday - Run/Turbo
Thursday - Rest (VRT appointment after work)
Friday - Run
Saturday - Turbo/Bike
Sunday - Rest
Or something like that, will play it a bit by ear and by feel. A small bit tired after yesterday but nothing major.
