Very romantic way to spend Valentines Day, cleaning out gutters for the morning!

Thought about some training in the evening but didn't feel up to it. Although with the shower problems it would have been difficult afterwards to clean myself up.

With stuff moved yesterday today was all about cleaning so spent a good part of the day going through the house room by room. Got most of it done by quitting time.

Headed in to Coolcaslagh to dump some rubbish too so got out for a bit.

Head was a bit fried in the evening, probably from the cleaning products!

Lap on the roads from old house but passed new house.

Probably last run from here :-(

Stuck to physios orders, took it easy, considering an easy parkrun on Saturday, but that might be hard.

I took today and tomorrow off in order to move. Stuff on the move today and will clean tomorrow. Probably more tiring than running.

Legs were fine running but not been stretching as much as I would like, distracted this week with the house. But I've been distracted lots of weeks with the house! And will continue to be distracted as bought more paint today, doors next.

Another positive cadence, didn't feel bad doing it, so no issues this morning. Although this makes half an hour feel like a long time.

Watched something on the phone.

Need to get to bed earlier but painting and then getting distracted by a new piece of flatpack furniture don't help.

Good effort this morning. Thought it might be below par as had to pause for a moment in the middle as stomach felt a bit queasy, feeling didn't last too long, so got back into it again. Probably down to having not eaten since dinner.

Not sure i'll run later, can still feel calf a bit. At least i've this done anyways. Also realised Circuits this week is cancelled because of the recount of last years local elections for Listowel. But am thinking of taking Thursday & Friday off work to facilitate moving from Muckross to Muckross.

Around Knockreer Demesne

Didn't need a torch, nor did I bring one, well not the big one but had the backup in the pocket.

Still have 1km auto lap on the watch going which was handy to keep an eye on what pace I was running this evening. Some of the faster km were downhill and slower ones up where I definitely eased up.

Still plenty of water on the fields approaching the river. And river was then high too.

Plenty of deer at the top.

As I was heading back towards the playground I noticed a runner behind me, but I didn't let him catch me. I was going slow enough to be caught but it didn't happen.

Overall happy enough with legs this evening, no issues during or afterwards. Legs did feel a bit sore at times but that's more down to the surface and lack of running in the last week than something wrong.

No laptop issues this evening as borrowed Mary's, so got some more Generation Kill watched. Can't do Breaking Bad since that's on BluRay. This show is 10 minutes longer and was feeling tired towards the end alright.
