Susan will be jealous, Creme Eggs were 4 for €1 in Dunnes earlier, woman in front of me pointed out I could get 5 for €1.50 in a box but she agreed with me when I pointed out that the loose ones were cheaper, bought 8, keep the chocolate shelf in the fridge stocked up.

Getting better.

Busy day eating a lot of turkey (nearly used a capital T but it wasn't a country I ate!).

Also planted my apple trees, wasn't that difficult a job. Wondering what else to add to my orchard, maybe more apple trees next year, also thinking plum, cherry and possibly pear.

Busy day today, improving, but still not right since I was feeling very tired by 8.

Started off volunteering at parkrun again, probably volunteered more than I've run this year!

From there it was off to Kennedys Pet Farm for an Easter egg hunt, was hoping for a map, but it was just picking up bottle tops in a field. Emilia enjoyed it and we all got creme eggs.

After lunch I went on a road trip to Kealkill. Bonus on the way there, more Rás Mumhan action at the County Bounds. Didn't envy them as much today, can't have been easy in crap weather.

Went to Future Forests in Kealkill to get:
1 x Kerry Pippin
1 x Ard Cairn Russet
1 x Bloody Butcher
Starting an orchard (how many apple trees equals an orchard?) in the back garden.

Now to plant them tomorrow...

More improvement but not well enough to paint:-)

Did some marshalling for Rás Mumhan this afternoon as it passed through Killarney on its 1st stage. They were lifting it. Kinda got me thinking, I really do want to do a stage race. Need to be at least an A3 to race so that'd be the first step. Must really check the cycling fixture list and get some targets. Can do that on Tuesdsy.

Decided last night that staying home from work today would be a good idea, and made right call on that. Although after a day at home I can add 'square eyes' as another ailment. Serious amount of telly watched today.
Some improvement but not much.
Will venture out tomorrow.

Just back from the doctor, chest infection! Can tick the ill box now.
Knew last night that things weren't good, not that bad, but need something to get me fixed. No worries now over what to do for Easter.

Think I should probably be ticking the ill box but will refrain today since plan was to take the day off.

Legs are feeling better but a BIG ? over my chest/lungs, think I might have an infection, but hopefully not. Throat is a bit better but doesn't like when I've to cough.
