Went to see a consultant this morning about my big toe, including getting an x-ray.
It's actually a long enough fracture but looking alright in that it's a normal fracture.
3 more weeks of sandals, but don't need to keep toe taped.
10-12 weeks from break to when he advises running, so that puts me wearing running shoes at the end of November if i'm lucky, if it hurts then got to wait more time, that would be the 12 weeks.
So since the end of November is 7 weeks away, I can do a training plan until then: 0 training.
