Getting better I suppose. Was a cold afternoon watching the parade, wind was cutting, but it wasn’t bad. Erik fell asleep half way through and managed to stay asleep despite the lorry with the drummers on it stopping for a bit in front of us.

Will have to come with a plan to manage 80 cubs next Sunday.

Probably watched maybe 12 hours of tv today. Took a quick spin into town for a drugs run, and then started into the 3 rugby matches.

Still feeling fairly rough. Really should have bitten the bullet this week and gone to a doctor. Too late now unless I want to pay extra and also do the lottery that can be southdoc.

Lots of coughing last night in bed, not comfortable. Not coughing as much today but have some sort of a cold. Worse in the morning than in the afternoon. Was unsure of whether i'd go to the KLASSIC dinner tonight but since it's free it would be a shame to miss out!

Still coughing up crap and slight cold. So basically I've been sick for weeks now! Had something on today which didn't leave time for training anyways and also doing something tomorrow evening so will see what i'm like come Friday, but maybe doing nothing is what I need to do.

Thought I was in for a soaking but the very grey cloud dissappeared. Again unsure of if I’d run, lungs are feeling a bit off. But didn’t put them under pressure, kept the run flat and the pace easy. Must switch back on the 1k splits on my watch to help with the pace.

There are some new wooden sculptures of animals and birds on the bath between Deenagh Lodge and the playground, really nice.

Left knee ok once warmed up. Other than legs alright.

Lungs feeling a bit off last night and today, like there's a lot of phlegm caught in them or something. Will take today off as a precaution. Other than that the body isn't feeling too bad after yesterday.

Would be good to get some road biking done this weekend but weather will be a factor.
