Cycle yesterday was a bad idea, knew it was in the back of my head but still did it.
Chest in trouble again. Didn’t sleep well as a result so tired on top of everything else.
Not happy with how the last 6 weeks has gone.

Weather was nice but then happened to rain a small bit at times when I was cycling, so probably unlucky with the weather.

Didn't push things, took it easy on the climbs.

Looks like i'll have company for a run tomorrow, tourists from up the country, and with company that opens up route options.

Decided i'm well enough to run and time will tell if that's the case. Do feel fine today.

Pace I didn't push and legs held together. Was getting tired towards the end though. Did get a break after Torc though when a couple asked the way to the Muckross Abbey car park. I gave them directions but there were a few lefts and rights in them.

Am feeling the cold at the moment and it's not even cold. Maybe I should be generous to myself and turn on the heating during the day.

Car park after Torc is currently closed, they are surfacing it. They are going to be doing a few more of the parking areas/lay bys up to Molls Gap over the winter.

Another wander around the Muckross map, between the main road and the Torc road this evening. Rain didn’t help trying to mark things on the map. Still nice to be in the woods.

Think I’ll run for a bit tomorrow.

Walked around some of the Muckross map to see about some map updates and check a couple of sites for a months time. I think some of the MTB trails are defined enough to include on the map.

Won't make a plan for this week. Training will happen if the body feels up for it. Might take a few walks in the woods though instead of running, do some planning for a few weeks time. Took the opportunity to print off some maps when in the office on Friday.

*There is orienteering on Sunday at Dinis, I imagine i'll run there more for the run than the orienteering.
