Bit of climbing done this windy evening. Stayed dry.

Legs were a bit tired after yesterday so felt it on the climb up Torc, although think it felt easier than the last time.

Wasn't planning on going up Queen's drive on the way back down but on a whim turned right after turning left first! Went ok.

Track a bit muddy after the heavy rain last night/this morning on the way out to Mangerton Road.

Loop of Poulnaderka to finish and a bit of extra road to get some more time.

HR higher than normal. Humid evening and on the warm side.

Day off work today for Oscar’s graduation from preschool.

Legs a bit on the sore side at times but pain want lingering, ok overall.

Usual day off but wasn’t feeling great. Eye screening so computer screen + dilated eyes not a good combination. Tired & a headache.

Thought my recovery would be longer but was feeling ok so chanced it. Makes me wonder what was actually wrong with me last week. Thinking sinus issues now as opposed to a cold, but a few sick bodies in the house so a virus of some sort i'm assuming.

Sun shining but temperatures not that good. Will take the sun though as opposed to the rain.

Took it easy intentionally. See how things are afterwards.
