C • Pizza, too 2
Note
Spike prepared some Attackpoint worthy some-yeah-fine pizza which was delicious and the perfect repast for recovering from a quick lope around Weston Bend. Yum!

Thursday Oct 25

Orienteering 1:28:00 [4]

Wednesday Oct 24

biking 1:09:00 [2]
Super nice out! Warm, balmy, almost like one of those first really nice days in Spring--minus the new flowers, fooling the butterflies.
C • Is the snow melting? 5
run 1:42:00 [2]
Legs feeling flat, so tossed out the planned workout and just ran out easy out in the terrain instead and admired the incredible afternoon. Definitely a full 10!

Tuesday Oct 23

Note
Yesterday's low of 6F tied the all time low in the Cowboy Valley.
biking 54:00 [3]
Orienteering 1:19:00 [3]
Diamond Bay. 102nd day of O' this year.

Monday Oct 22

run 1:58:00 [4]
Winter-Spring running: wild windy winter conditions with blowing, drifting snow and ice up on the west rim of the NF, but was only dressed for spring. Came back to town and ran in The Flats, where it was sunny, calm, and like spring. Clothing performed much better. Played the conditions well!
Note
Foxy running, augmented by one red fox in The Flats.

Sunday Oct 21

run (snow) 1:59:00 [2]
Lots of new snow from last night, many ski tracks, many deer and deer tracks. But still no signs of grooming activity or snowsnakes. Ground still not quite frozen everywhere yet, and it would probably take a little more snow to make it worthwhile to fire up the machines. Chilliest day of the new water season so far. If it's 17F in Laramie as I write, it must have been colder up top. So fine!
