PM Run up to Nose Hill, around the top and back. Really snowy and slippery which made it slow, also did a bit of cross country which was even slower. Also a fair amount of climb. Cold -20C/-28C with the wind so it was cold.

PM Run down to the river and then W. Really nice out 7C, about a 25 degree swing from yesterday...amazing...shorts and T. Felt really good today as well, probably since I didn't tempo yesterday.

PM Run down to the river and then W and back. Cold compared to what it has been, -15C felt colder with the light SE wind. A bit of fresh snow on the ground. Decided just to run since last week was a big week with three hard sessions and it was pretty cold out. Didn't feel amazing.
